Raw Dog Tactical
« on: December 22, 2015, 08:12:26 AM »
http://www.rawdogtactical.com/

Been looking at their stuff the past couple of days and one thing that has me leaning towards picking one of theirs up, besides the price is right, is that they supposedly make one that will fit my Ruger.  Not many holster companies make them for the P series.

Anyone have any experience they would care to share?

Looks like it should work, are you going to get Tiffany blue or purple haze?

Actually thinking pink for the Ruger and then yellow for the M&P

Clip on holsters aren't very secure.  Be sure to test that out during the trial period.

I always thought raw dog meant going without a holster.

Hmmm.

No experience with them, nor have I seen any Internet buzz.

They list for Ruger P89/90/91.  The makes me wonder how closely molded the kydex is.  The P90 is a bigger gun.

How much bigger?

I've never had both together to compare, but the P90 is larger.  Back when, I bought an Uncle Mike's generic belt holster for the P89, for my P90.  My P90 would not fit in it.

Thanks for the info.

Maybe with the way the holster is put together with screws as opposed to rivets, allows you to open it up some.

May just get one for the M&P first and see how I like before getting the other.

Clip on holsters aren't very secure if you're skinny.  Be sure to test that out during the trial period.

There, fixed it.  =D

The company name alone ensures that I would never buy one of their products.
