Never let a tragedy go to waste, I guess.

That, and it will derail all that grassroots opposition to a Syrian war, to protect 2A. Syria can happily sit on the backburner and move from committee to committee relatively unmolested, and get a nice quiet vote when needed.

The perp used a shotgun to kill the guards and then stole the rifle and pistol.

So, based on Feinstein logic, which says only police and military should have guns, you won't be able to buy shotgun ammo. The ~~evil assault rifle~~ military guns are still allowable. At least today.

Like I tell co-workers who bitch about the boss. The replacement could be worse. You don't expect Jeffersonian democracy to spring forth in Cali just because one loon flies off do you?
