redheads are often considered "sensitive".

Apparently they don't produce as many endorphins as blonds or brunetttes.

Now if scientists could come up with an explanation for the "crazies".

stay safe.
If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of a constitutional privilege.

Hey you kids!! Get off my lawn!!!

They keep making this eternal vigilance thing harder and harder.  Protecting the 2nd amendment is like playing PACMAN - there's no pause button so you can go to the bathroom.

It's a gender thing.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

I dont recall ever meeting an average -looking redhead.  They all seem to be on one end of the spectrum or the other.  Just sayin'.

as to the crazies and fellow red heads...
a guidance councilor once tried to tell me there is a correlation between red hair and ADHD.  I could not find anything online to back it up.

I don't have anything empirical to back this up, but it is my understanding that it is the cyclical fluctuation of estrogen and progesterone that make women crazy.  I know a man who takes these hormones... it's an interesting insight into the whole thing.

I wonder if they studied brunettes who dyed their hair red? If so, it would go a long way toward explaining my wife.

This is not the first study to indicate such an idea.  There have been also been other studies that have indicated that redheads have more temperature sensitivity as well.

I have had more than one anesthesiologist tell me that, in their experience, redheads generally end up requiring more anesthetics than their non-ginger counterparts.

The plural of Anecdote is not data. However, my personal experiences bear that out. I woke up a little during an emergency appendectomy I'd had back in '92, and then they were really giving me a really hard time over getting my urine output going in post-op because of the upped dose of anesthesia they gave me halfway through.

I also woke up while getting an electrocardiogram catheterization a year and a half ago. I spoke up. "Oh... hey, I can feel that wiggling..." And the cardiologist was "Hey! Give him some more!"
I promise not to duck.
