Another bgus warrant "service"
« on: June 08, 2011, 06:01:48 PM »
http://www.news10.net/news/article/141108/2/Questions-surround-feds-raid-of-Stockton-home

Feds break in a guy's door to "serve" a search warrant apparently relating to a non-violent crime. I hope more details become available, because on the basis of this article I can't think of a single reason why this warrant should have been served this way.

Especially since the person they were interested doesn't even live there.

Well, heck - they've been doing it for years for non-violent drug crimes  ;/
