OK, no life-or-death calls were lost or transferred to the bus station. Depressingly, a slow afternoon/evening - either everybody knew which room their relativ/loved one was in and how to direct dial or pretty much nobody bothered to call them. Best call was the LNG supplier calling to find out if we had a local power failure as they were getting an automated signal that the reserve tank for the stand-by generator was drawing down past halfway, and would we like a refill that night.
Hospital security, maintenance and the fire department all checked for a leak and could not find anything. The LNG tech who came out and fixed the short in the monitoring whatsis actually thanked us for saving him from a deteriorating family gathering - something about alcohol and politics.
All is well, and as far as I can tell nobody died.
stay safe.
