So, back at the end of February I had placed an order for an Uberti Schofield No.3. There were not any available at the time so they had to put in the order in with Uberti so they would get one in on the next batch to be made. So I give them all that is required at the time to buy it, a copy of my orders showing I am stationed in this state and a copy of my rental agreement showing I have a residence here because apparently having governmental orders showing you are stationed here isn't good enough,
Well yesterday they finally called me to let me know that it was in, unable to go then because I was on duty,
So today I finally make it there and then I get informed that during the summertime a new law was passed and now I have to show another form. I need either a car registration, which I don't have since my car is registered back home because I want nothing to do with this damn state, a California drivers license, same reason as before, or some type of official document from my command showing that I have a residency here, are you shitting me!? My *expletive deleted*ing orders and my rental agreement don't already prove that!?
When the hell did they pass this crap?
So now after I get admin to type that up for me tomorrow and then take it back, I still have to wait an extra 10 days, 240 hours, that I have to wait before I am allowed to actually take possession of it, and that's not show up before they are closing to fill out the paperwork and come back on the tenth day when they open, that's a show up at 13:01 to fill out the paper work then on the tenth day pick it up no sooner than 130:01.
