Hello everyone,

OK - this is nothing serious, but my friend and his fiance have entered an online contest to win some money and prizes for their wedding. It's sponsored by a local publication, and the deadline is April 10th.

Aren't you supposed to freeze a piece of cake and eat it on your anniversary? There's a slab of wedding cake in mom & stepdad's freezer. Gah! Sounds horrible.

I, on the other hand, got the remaining two thirds of the halvah from their wedding. I opened the bucket and ate it with a spoon.
