"I won" links
« on: November 21, 2016, 11:53:39 PM »
Anyone got a compendium of links to libs and Obama saying conservatives should shut up and take it because Obama won in 2008-now?  My Google-fu is weak tonight, and I have a Facebook argument going on.

Republicans have to sit in the back.

Obama has been, at least publicly, the most gracious of the left in this defeat.  His demeanor has surprised me honestly.

Maybe because he is at least smart enough that in 2 months time he is going to be one of the unemployed and is going to have to play nicer if he wants to continue to think he is of any consequence.

Me, too. The "don't be silent" quip was according to pattern, but aside from that, he's been surprisingly decent.

It's not without precedent, though. In 2008, he mostly left the race-baiting to his surrogates. At least, from what I saw at the time. It was a very racial campaign, but he let other people run that end of it.

I'm going to be the pessimist among you and give it six months before he goes into full community organizer mode. Especially as his "legacy" is collapsed. I know George Bush, and Obama is no George Bush.

I suspect Obama will trend that way, even before the inauguration. Look what he already said to the anti-Trump cry-babies. I think he'll take a few weeks off to play golf, or maybe fly around the globe. By February, he'll be back to community organizer mode.
