China to Launch "Anti-Starlink" Satellite Array

China wants to launch what they're calling an "anti-Starlink" satellite array. They say to do the same thing Starlink does, and they're doing it to get satellites up before there's no more room in LEO space. If that's their true reason, I kinda can't blame them for wanting to get their stuff up while they can.
The article though, suggests that there is more to the sats than meets the eye, including disruption capability. As one of the lead researchers is PLA, it's not that far-fetched.
