I beg to differ and my cuban paninis last week and my ham, mushroom, and swiss omlette yesterday all believe swiss cheese is QUITE appropriate to melt.

I will admit to using grated Velveeta to make my mom's recipe of pimento cheese spread (grated Velveeta, mayo, sweet relish and pimentos).  I have made it with cheddar cheese, and it just does not taste the same.

The ones that always got me were the women of questionable hygiene (because they can't see or reach) and you got them lying there on their back, using your upper arm to push that chunk o' flab out of the way while trying to open their vulva to slide in a foley and you are met with the odor and sight of that cheesy gooeyness!!! 

See how I tied it all together there? :)
