I've been running CCleaner for many months and it hasn't harmed anything except all those dang cookies I couldnt get rid of and all those leftover install cabs that were taking up space.

Been recommending it all over the place since then. It shouldn't hurt Spector. Isn't Phil usually heeled anyway?

Cheesy

Seriously, it hasn't affected SpyBot on my system, let alone any antivirus.

Pay attention to your settings. You can always elect to 'not remove' cookies, or leave select cookies on board.

That way I don't continuously re-login here or on my local news station website.

I've found it also does a better registry cleanup than any Symantec product I've ever had.

I just ditched 950mb off my work laptop this evening with it.
