Here's a non-disclosure agreement. It's pretty simplified, but it's easy to understand and has some legal teeth if needed.

Brad

"Confidentiality Agreement (Agreement of Non-Disclosure)

The Employee shall not sell, send, provide, or otherwise release or reveal any Company or Company-related information without the express consent and permission of Management. This information includes, but is not limited to, financial information, trade secrets, research, products, client information, employee information, and any other aspect of the business dealings, organizational structure, and general operations of the Company.

For the terms of this Agreement any Company or Company-related information not previously released to the general public is considered Confidential.

Failure to adhere to the terms of this agreement will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, possible litigation, and possible investigation by any applicable law-enforcement agency."
