Apparently because the NRA and Tea Party hasn't sent in a militia, because militias are just standing by to be sent across the US, to counter the police it means they don't care about black people.
Can't help but notice that apparently by not having a knee jerk reaction, that makes you racist, except when you are Obama which in that case it is just saddening.

Missouri Militia did say early on that they were going to send a delegation to protect protesters from cops. No idea if anything came of it.
