Quote from: Christine Valada
Susan Ellison has asked me to announce the passing of writer Harlan Ellison, in his sleep, earlier today. “For a brief time I was here, and for a brief time, I mattered.”—HE, 1934-2018. Arrangements for a celebration of his life are pending

(assuming this isn't some sort of sick prank)

Just say that on the Book of Faces.

Guess someone else will have to do "Last Dangerous Visions".

Goodbye to you, Cordwainer Bird.
Trump won in 2016. Democrats haven't been so offended since Republicans came along and freed their slaves.

Fixed.

And it was an episode that H. E. actually loathed as what was filmed bore very little resemblance to the script that he wrote.
Even so, it was a good episode in my opinion.  And, he was a very talented and prolific writer.  He will be missed.
If there really was intelligent life on other planets, we'd be sending them foreign aid.

Conservatives see George Orwell's "1984" as a cautionary tale.  Progressives view it as a "how to" manual.

My wife often says to me, "You are evil and must be destroyed." She may be right.

Liberals believe one should never let reason, logic and facts get in the way of a good emotional argument.
