Its a matter of taste and athestics.
My bf from high school has a nice little bull ring type in her eyebrow. Moderation or well done arrangement of tat's and/or peircings are fine by me and can be cool.
The idiots that put holes everywhere for the sake of being cool are where the fail comes in.
I, personally, am not a fan of large gauge holes. Simply because they smell when the gauge is being enlarged. Seriously, dead, gross, rotting smell. It's not pleasent.
