Local lunatic David Thompson complains to Charlotte, NC city council during a community access forum, which is conveniently captured on tape and broadcast live on the local community access channel.

And that guy is loose in general society?  I watched it twice, unfortunately, and didn't hear him complete a single sentence, never mind actually completing an idea.

The guy is mental.  Why does the city council even allow comments about national issues?  I would have called for the sergeant at arms to remove him.
