The link pretty much tells the story, but it's really worth it to read to whole thing and imagine what must have been going through the home intruders heads... before the .308, I mean.

Awww... looks like it was a made-up story. That might explain the terrible editing and writing that sounded more like a novel rather than reporting.

Yeah I had SERIOUS reservations about it when I read riffle paired with the information on the rifle that was supposedly used.
