« on: January 28, 2016, 08:22:20 AM »
30 years ago today we lost the Space Shuttle Challenger. :'(

There are five things, above all else, that make life worth living: a good relationship with God, a good woman, good health, good friends, and a good cigar.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened.

So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us. There are other forces at work in this world, Frodo, besides the will of evil. Bilbo was meant to find the Ring. In which case, you also were meant to have it. And that is an encouraging thought

So if NASA comes by and asks you if you want to go into space this time of year, ask for a delay.  Maybe March.

And Obama celebrated the retirement of the Space Shuttle and with it, the end of the USA's manned space flight capability . . . at least for a number of years. The NASA which put a man on the Moon in less than a decade at the behest of a Democrat president is now - decades later - utterly unable to simply put a man in orbit in the same amount of time, and must go, hat in hand, to Russia for a lift.

But today's NASA has more diversity in hiring and management.

Another victory in Obama's drive to diminish America.  :'(
Trump won in 2016. Democrats haven't been so offended since Republicans came along and freed their slaves.

Japan is also in the mix.
