Doubt any of you know, but I recently finished up an HVACR course at my local tech.
To work on systems, I need to be EPA certified, and take what we call the CFC test. Our instructor took questions from the real test and compiled them onto practice tests...so for a whole semester I aced his tests (80s and 90s all around), but when it came time to take the real test, I bombed three out of four sections. I was dumbfounded, and upset.
So I studied even harder, had to wait til the end of my second semester (a month or so ago) to take it again. I've been worrying to death non stop for 5 or so weeks, wondering why it took longer than the estimated 2 weeks to get to me...
Finally got them today.
Core: 80%
Type1: 80%
Type2: 92%
Type3: 84%
I'd have liked to see more 90s, but at least I did well.
Go me.
There's no one around right now, and I had to tell someone, so I figured I'd vent up here.
But erm, I was expecting my card to be in the envelope...
