Title: Looks like China may have a bit of a hack on their hands

Hacker(s) claim to have downloaded ~1 billion records on Chinese residents from the Shanghai police. Says info is for sale for 10 bitcoin ($200,000). Which btw is less than a typical Hunter Biden painting sale IIRC.
