Old video of a guy taking an FAL shot in the body armor.  Does it while standing on one foot.  I am not sure if I have see another video of a guy deliberately getting shot with 308. 


I used to have the VHS that included this.  Most of the video was the guy shooting car doors and such with various pistol and rifle rounds.

It certainly disproves some myths about the effect of bullets on a body.

IMO, knock down power should be about dropping the target due to death or serious bodily damage, not knocking 5 feet through the air.

If something that small is going fast enough to knock you down, it is also going fast enough to rip a big hole through your body.
