Well, while "art" is difficult to define unless you have preconceived notions about it, some of Dali's art, which is not dissimilar, is going for over five mil and hang in some big deal museums.
"Investment" is a lot easier to define, ha-ha.
According to my memory, the most expensive painting in the world was Jackson Pollock's "Number Five."
I have no trouble having a sense of humor over that one. Its intrinsic worth is the cost of the fiberboard it was painted on, the paint, and Pollock's time to scatter all that paint around... at minimum wage, of course.
Back to my own topic, I would really, really get my jollies off if Mr. Trump chose this as his Official Presidential Portrait to hang in all federal offices:
