Ah, the time honored tradition of "ambush reviews."

Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,

Most of the students don't care and are not really affected aside from a small number of mush heads.

That is partly why I have increasingly coming to the view that most of these university "incidents" are only in the minds of the teachers and administration.  Most of the students don't care and are not really affected aside from a small number of mush heads.

Unfortunately, though I believe that is how it began, it has progressed to the point where in most cases the students are calling the shots on these things. The sad part is it is a small but vocal group of instigators who play on the fact that their fellow students are both easily manipulated and naive.

Now the good news is that this professor has now gained notoriety which will likely net her more enrollment which will lead to her getting some of those fun SJW students. And the fun part is that SJW's are not uniform in their beliefs of what is and is not harmful. So, when, inevitably, Professor Nuttier Than Squirrel *expletive deleted*it triggers one of her poor pathetic students, Professor will reap the whirlwind of outrage. Karma is a bitch, a wonderful, wonderful bitch.  =D

I generally prefer Hamburger Helper, but that would do in a pinch.

This is some kind of big news in ND. ;)

http://www.grandforksherald.com/news/education/3994383-video-professors-criticism-rotc-drills-und-campus-draws-internet-ire

If there had, in fact, not been any notification her call to 9-1-1 would be understandable. The follow-up, however, would not:

Quote
Czerwiec said in her letter she plans to continue calling 911 every time she sees people with weapons, despite being told the drills were cleared by authorities, because "It's not my job to decide whether people carrying guns at school are an actual threat. It's my job to teach and to get home to my family."

Further, it now appears that there WAS notification, and she either didn't read it, didn't understand what it meant, or ignored it.

I have no sympathy for her. If she thinks teaching English is too dangerous, she should resign and get a job flipping burgers at the local McDonalds.
