Instapot-type pressure cooker
2 of the cup things of jasmine rice from Aldi
Add water to proper level for the rice.
Dust with some cayenne pepper.
Add some more Tony C, or Cavender's or similar seasoning, according to your tastes.
Put about a dozen meatballs (Aldi again) on top. Add about 1/2 stick of butter.
Hit the "Rice" button and bump it up about 2-3 minutes.

What is a cup thing of jasmine rice from Aldi? A cup of j-rice from a big bag? (2 cups is a lot of rice to cook at one time for a bachelor)
I like your use of cayenne pepper =)
Here's one for you: a blue box of Aldi macaroni and cheese, prepared according to directions. A can of Aldi black beans, drained and rinsed. One fresh serrano or two jalapenos, finely diced. A little onion powder. Leftover meat, if there's any in the fridge. But it's good enough w/o meat if you don't have anything.

The little cup thing that came with the rice cooker/pressure cooker... You put in one, or two, or three, and then fill the thing with water to the right line, and hit the button. The stuff fridges okay.

Pre-made meatballs are horrifying. Easy to make your own. Pound of beef, cup of breadcrumbs, one egg, whatever seasoning for what you are going for, liquid as needed. I often use pasta sauce if I am going for italian meatballs. Milk, nutmeg, and onion for swedish meatballs.

Lately I haven't had a lot of time to go full kitchenbitch. Lots of nuking...

Eh, I will reheat rice and don't see much taste difference. Stupid Costco has me hooked on the frozen orange chicken they sell. I will make a package of that with two cups of jasmine rice and eat it over three days.

^^^The Trader Joe's Mandarin Chicken is also very good. I can neither confirm nor deny eating an entire bag at one sitting.

I would make it and put it on top of their vegetable fried rice. What an awesome meal!

The vegetable fried rice is usually located conveniently close by the orange chicken in the open face freezer cabinet...

Today: Four pounds of the aldi prefab meatballs, and six of the "rice cup things" of rice, a stick and a half of butter, with a nice little amount of whatever seasoning seemed like a good idea sprinkled in the large pressure cooker. Pretty much the max possible size.
Portioning to freezer packages now.
