I wondered if there was any difference between agitating "knee molecules" by a laser or by a heating pad.  And you can look directly at a heating pad.  <puzzled>

I thought "civilian" towing on interstates (and probably other places) was illegal ITFP.  Main thing about vehicle towing and water skiing is never let the line go slack.

I knew of a length of watermain installed with a tree branch inside.  Think "kids screwing around on a construction site".  It wouldn't pass testing no matter how much chlorine was pumped in.  They finally localized the zone and dug it up.

I imagine a dead leg would cause the same amount of consternation

So if a situation arises where you need to run a mother *expletive deleted*er over (such as a mostly peaceful but fiery protest) is this system going to prevent that?

Because if so I can see a nice new tactic that will debut in the always delightful and wonderful inner cities where the upstanding members of society sometimes forget they were on the way to church and accidentally hijack and murder drivers. Only accidentally of course.

Prior to the Akin kerfuffle, it was a not-uncommon notion. It seemed plausible to a lot of lay people (and apparently to Akin's physician) because we hear so much about how stress and trauma affect people in so many other ways. Once it became a huge controversy, of course, things changed.
