Front Sight Settlement Near?

Anyone heard anything about the federal lawsuit between Front Sight and some of its FF members being close to a settlement?

Any details?

Would be interested in hearing details about the sale of the property (a done deal from what I'm hearing) to a large developer.

I'm not a member of FS, but I'll be unhappy if FS dissolves.  I really like their product and concept of a gun-community.  Too bad that it has to end because of (possibly) poor financial management.

Yup.  It was a very cool idea.  With better management it coulda worked out just fine.

Could you fill the rest of us in on that?  The last (first?) contact I ever had was a video sent around under IDPA cover extolling their work.  And there was what'shisname from JPFO trying to make the goyim proud.  That was about the only thing I remember from the vid.

No fan of Front Sight, but soooo wanted Ravenguard to work as a concept.

Ever since I was a little boy and read Jeff Cooper's idea of a community of gun nuts living together, I've always wished it would come into being.Smiley

If you look at names of some of the people who live in and around Gunsite in Prescott/Chino valleys it's like a who's who of the tactical community.

Maybe it happened without anyone really trying.
