I put a lemon glaze on lemon poppy seed bread, or any lemon cake. It’s stupid simple to make and sooooo tasty. Does require a LOT of sugar. I just used the juice of 2 lemons and 5 cups of powdered sugar. Stir to dissolve the sugar and use to glaze the dessert item.
Pro-tip. Let it sit on the bread/cake until the glaze dries out. Has a bit of chalky texture when freshly made.
