Anyone have reccomendations for cross country skis? I'm looking to replace my old pair of Jarvin's that are probably older than I with something less worn and that fit me better. Most of my skiing is done on groomed trails, there are some decent sized hills where I go so sidecuts would probably be nice. Definitely looking at classic style for now.
I'm currently looking at the Alpina Tempest, Fischer Summit Crown and Rossignol X-Tour Escape. Package price is going to be about $140 for the Alpina and Fischer or $180 for the Rossi. All are the waxless model, most of my skiing is done in hour or two segiments between class, I don't really want to mess with wax in that short of time. Any opinion on those three, or any other models you would sugest?
