If you go to the WI State Fair, you can fork over $5 for the above 1,000 calorie burger.

I would buy this in a heartbeat.  It would be a once-a-year thing, but I would definitely try it.  And I would upgrade to the chocolate-covered bacon.

I recently found out Krispy Kreme makes a glazed donut sundae, using soft serve ice cream. Not quite as awesome as the burger, but still awesome=D

A local restaurant here has a doughnut burger.  I never wanted to try it.

I highly recommend the Pancake Puppy Sundae at Denny's.

Though, disappointingly, there are no actual puppies involved.

Well, like I always say, "You gotta stress your system once in a while."

I said this last Tuesday when the office ladies had a "pie party" for a gal who was getting married soon.  (I was invited.)

There must have been, what, 20 pies at, say, 3000 Calories each in that room, let alone all the whipped cream and sweet punch and other goodies.  Call it 60,000 Calories just for the pies.

When the party was over, I'd guess that 50,000 Calories' worth of pies had walked out of the room.

I did my manly duty and had a couple of slices --three, four hundred Cs each, I guess.

<burp>

I stayed off the bathroom scale for a couple of days.

Today I got a rush of bravery to the head but I was still three pounds over my regular weight.

But you gotta stress your system sometimes.

I try to keep meat and chocolate separate, myself.

Was it someone from APS who encountered Maid Rite http://www.maid-rite.com/food/food-menu.shtml with negative results?

Or was it somewhere else?

I've not tarried long in the midwest, but I make loosemeat sandwiches at home. Easy and quick meal, just brown some ground beef, add in your spices and whatnot that you want, and I top mine with some shredded chedder cheese. Yum!

Sort of, its steamed ground beef with beef broth and other spices added. I like them with cheese and pickles on the sammich.
