Must be pepperoni poisoning.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

Does this mean we'll get the sexy Italian commercials here now?.....

We just got tired of dealing with all those subpoenas from the feds every week.

No, really I think we're in California.  Not sure why you think we're hosting in Italy?

I have FlagFox installed on my browser. It claims the server is in Italy.  ???

Well, lets see...

[nick@arcflash ~]$ nslookup www.armedpolitesociety.com
Server:      192.168.1.1
Address:   192.168.1.1#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   www.armedpolitesociety.com
Address: 216.218.212.140

GeoIP Database puts that in... Piazza, Italy.

I have no idea why this is.  ???

Maybe it has something to do with GeoVario being Italian.

ISP's will sell pools of addresses to each other and trade other pools around.

Our ISP probably bought a block from an Italian ISP and the GeoIP database has yet to be updated to reflect that subnet being owned by a california ISP instead.

These are not the servers you are looking for

And now the National Weather Service is hosted in the Netherlands.  ???

I guess I should uninstall FlagFox, so I stop noticing these things.

I needed a mod to change my signature because the concept of "family friendly" eludes me.
Just noticed that a mod changed my signature. How long ago was that?
