My high school basketball team wasn't that great. we usually ran about a 1:3 win/loss ratio. But our coach would bench any of us that showed a lousy attitude, whether we were winning or losing. And a couple of times some of our better players would get a little mouthy to the other team, and he'd bench them, and yeah, we'd actually end up losing the game because of it.
Having said all that, I think every player on the losing team should get to bitch-slap the moron that filed a "bullying" complaint.
