From Dude Like Hella's channel. Pan/tilt functions built in to a YouTube video.

Took me a second to realize the pan/tilt function will work both manually (swiping the screen) and in reaction to phone movements.

Cool tech! Looks like some browsers won't support it but the native browser in my Samsung Galaxy S3 handled it fine.

Very cool!

I enjoyed pausing at about the 3 minute mark.  You can pan around at the girl running down the road behind the drone operator, you can see the drone chasing her, you can pan pretty much the whole area.  And while doing so, you can pan to a virtual screen showing what the drone is videoing as it flies through the middle of it all!  Nicely done.

Viewed on my laptop in Chrome with no issues at all.
