hillary was almost the worst Sec State we have ever had.  Others in the running for that 'honor' would include Cyrus Vance, Colin Powell, Madeleine Albright, Warren Christopher, Alex Haig, Edmund Muskie, and William Jennings Bryant.
Come to think of it, we have had damn few GOOD ones.  Amazing.
