Bears in Cleveland

Check this out:

This was posted as a real news report but I hope it was a parody.  The best part is where the bear climbs the tree.

"This is what the bear probably looked like, except real."

I didn't realize that worked outside Washington, D.C.

bwaaaaaahaaahahahahaha.....That reminds me of the time Swmbo and I took one of the big, tall, big tired swamp buggy rides way down at the tip of Florida's gulf coast.  I thought we were gonna go swamp ridin'.  Well we drove around on a two track in a woods and the cracker that was driving the thing talked about "what would have been there if it had actually been there, but it wasn't there, but if it was, it would be" delivered in a swampy suthrin drawl  We watched the rest of the tourists snapping pictures of bare ground where Bubba was pointing and going on as above.  I don't believe I've laughed as hard or as well before or since.

At least we have here Earth bears, and not Lunar bears.

I'd be more afraid of Lunatic rabbits, or princesses.

Son was at "Beer, Blues & Bar-B-Que" at Snowshoe Mountain Resort this past weekend. That's a pretty good sized complex in the mountains of Pocohantas Co., WV. Sat, afternoon a black bear of moderate size strolled through "the Village", a complex of shops, restaurants, etc. surrounded by condos. I guess everybody just kinda stood back and let him pass. "Hey, y'all! Hold my beer and watch this!" LOL
