Interestingly, their two biggest concerns are not power and stability; they're stopping in a reasonable distance so they can turn the car around for the return run, and finding a site big enough, smooth enough, and in a politically stable area (they've more or less ruled out the salt flat on the border between India and Pakistan  ).
