Then goes on to spout a lot of flowery meaningless phrases proclaiming how alike Americans and Iranians are. Blah, blah, blah...

I read about 1/3 of his drivel before I just couldn't take it anymore.

I read the whole thing a little earlier. Lots of propaganda, jew-bashing, and proclamations of how similar Iran and the U.S. are, never mind that he probably defines such things as justice, compassion, and human rights in wildly different ways then we do.

I havent seen him interviewed but apparantly he talks well.  That will make him a favorite of the Europeans, who seem to value talk above anything else.  Actually I could care less about him. I'm assuming that was tongue-in-cheek, but whenever Islamofascist leaders have to flee, they do seem to take up residence in France. (Ayatollah Khomeini and Abolhassan Banisadr, just to name two.)
