Don't crave it... make it.
I've got a chicken carcass and several chicken backs sitting in ever so slowly heating water on the stove. I'll boil those down as the base for my stock. I'm going to cheat and add a carton of College Inn or Swansons stock.
Then I'll cook several chicken thighs in the stock for the meat.
Then tomorrow I'll make the soup for dinner and lunches the rest of the week.
