And CNN.

Just like the ICA says that dimmer skies are safer skies, new study from Havard and Yale scientists propose firing chemicals into the atmosphere to dim the sun.

And, once again, California takes the lead in climatology. Thanks to some recent events in California, it won't be necessary for Yale and Harvard to perform further research in how to scatter particulates into the atmosphere.

How much money have we forced manufacturers and electric generation plants to spend in outfitting smoke stacks with scrubbers to reduce particulate emissions? And now we want to put more particulates into the atmosphere?

Explain to me again, please, how all this BS is "settled science."

Man made global warming is bad.

Man made global cooling is good.

Do I have that right?

I caught the last minute of "60 MINUTES" last night,  an update of a 11 year old global warming report.  The update was an interview with a California firefighter pontificating on how "everyone" he worked with "knew" globular warmulating was real and how that fire was a result (despite reports some utilities had problems that started it)  and that it caused underbrush to dry up and burn easily.  Could it be the underbrush was dry because it was dead?

The problem I see with ideas like this:  Since something like this would be done via political action and it wouldn't be stopped easily.  Even with proof that it was causing problems and harm, the true believers would radically oppose any effort to stop and wouldn't believe any evidence that it was harmful.

Couple that with the possibility that we're going into a solar inactivity period bigger/longer than the Maunder minimum and "little ice-age".

That's probably why those goobermint reports are called "maunderings".

Speaking of "little ice age".  Did they consider forcing a few volcanoes to erupt?  Maybe they could start doing some underground nuclear testing at Hawaii or Yellowstone.  Wouldn't that be fun!
