Given how soft the LA DA's office is on actual real crime, how hard do you think it's going to come down on these people?

I'm thinking they're going to be going for huge prison terms and possibly even the death penalty, because we just can't have violent pro-Israelis roaming the streets in packs. The murderers and rapists they've released might be endangered.

Some professors at UNC Chapel Hill are threatening to withhold grades in support of anti-Israeli protestors.

The school is threatening to immediately terminate any professor who tries it.

As Israel continues to drop leaflets, send warnings, and delay attacks to give "civilians" a chance to get to a safe zone. In quotes, because I truly wonder just how many of them are "innocent civilians". While I'm sure many have no choice, it also seems many "civilians" happily work as Hamas shields.

The Gaza strip is composed of a population with which even the surrounding countries, who are culturally similar, want nothing to do with.

I'd say it's actually a fairly low number. Hamas was voted into power in 2006. Yes, other organizations were in the election and took seats, but the Gazans have done absolutely nothing to remove Hamas from power since then. In fact, it would appear that their support has grown significantly since 2006.

At this point, if that "meaty middle of moderates" doesn't see the absolute and dangerous bias in how the left and right are treated, I just don't know what to say.

06JAN protestors who damaged property: "You'll be held in jail without possibility of bail until we decide to try you in a year or whenever."

Pro-Hamas protestors who damaged property (within a few hours of their arrest): "You're free to go on your own recognizance, no bail needed. We're sorry for the inconvenience."
