This should scare us.

It's the direction we're headed in many ways. First, the poverty and huddled masses that are depicted by the propaganda. Second, the insane dictatorship that would produce and release such propaganda.

I saw the video on LiveLeak. One of the commenters claimed to understand Korean, and said that the translation wasn't accurate.
