Mrs Walker added: "I've lost my identity, because I never talked like this before. I'm a very different person and it's strange and I don't like it.

I'm sad for her, that her life and self are so small, that a different speaking voice shakes her identity.  If that were the worst thing a stroke did to me I'd be overjoyed.
