Need a volunteer

I'm doing a research paper for one of my classes and I have to conduct a survey with a member of law enforcement.  My topic is drug trafficking, and since Fairbanks isn't exactly a huge metropolis or near any borders, I'd rather have someone with a little more experience with the war on drugs.  Any takers?

Fairbanks was a big part of the huge murder/racketeering and marijuana smuggling bust of last year (2 years ago?). 

You might check to see who of FPD or the local Troopers were in on that.
