Title: Obama Takes Hit--Immigration EO's Dead

Tie vote so lower court ruling stands.  Imagine if his nominee had been affirmed.

Anyone really think he'll abide by their ruling? Just make some end around move and do whatever the hell he wants to anyway.

Nope. Why would he start following the rules this far into his presidency?

I heard a clip from his statement, in which he said they'll have to abide it. I was shocked.

Still don't think he'll follow the law, but I am surprised he said he would.

Issue new slightly different EOs.

Claim he is abiding by ruling by not trying to enforce ones shot down.

Be out of office before anyone can go through court again.

He blames those nasty republicans for it because they blocked his appointee. I find that hilarious.
