Around here, we have Orscheln and Buchheit. My personal favorite is a new chain that just started up a few years ago in my home county of Franklin - Dickey Bub. I mean, ya just gotta love the name.
Edit: Turns out, there's a Rural King just thirty miles down the road from me. My pa tells me it's way bigger than Orscheln, not quite as big as Buccheit.
