Title: Soros Politics
Post by: elrod on February 15, 2008, 03:08:08 PM
George Soros seemed to be involved deeply in the Democratic party, but it seems he has more than one iron in the fire.

The way I see it, 2A is in for real tests no matter who wins. This is truly a lose-lose situtation.

A good book to read is The Shadow Party. It exposes how deep Soros is in American politics. Also shows his beautiful ties to the Clintons.

Soros is exactly the type of a meddlesome busybody elitist magnate that makes such a great argument for limited use of political assassinations as an integral part of the arsenal of freedom.

Explain to me how Soros is not like Blofeld, Drax, Mr. Big, and all those other Bond villans who want to use their wealth and influence to take over the world?.....

Um. He doesn't have a cool underground base filled with ninjas and scantily clad women?

That we know of. That's about the only difference, otherwise.

What he reminds me most of is the guy in "Contact", but in a malevolent, society-twisting sort of way. Soros wants global socialism as a world government. Period.

This is exactly why we all need to be good citizens and vote for the lesser of two evils.

I, for one, welcome our new Republicrat overlords police

The thing I found so intresting was even though I had associated him with the Democratic party, it seems he will use any willing politican to achieve his ends. No longer can we assume (yeah, I know) voting Republican will escape his infulence. And yes, seeker, I think that is an excellent comparison!

The election of '08 will move the battle of the second amendment to the international theater.  Unable to get US gov't to enact sensible gun control, advocates will enlist the aid of international NGO's and transnational bodies to impose via treaties and analogs sensible gun control measures to get a handle on the problem.  Obama's S.2433, the so called global poverty relief bill contained a great big stinker in that is obligated the US to ratify the UN's small arms treaty (among other things).

Global gov't is bearing down on us with a fury.  And I don't see any presidential candidate interested in preserving US sovereignty.

Soros is just one of the oligarchy of globalists that run this country and have done since WW2, one way - or another. It should not surprize anyone that ties between these people and John U.N. McCain are surfacing now.

Tried to get one of him that'd be looking at the globe, but none of the lighting would line up...  undecided

I wouldn't mind a poster of it if the source wasn't so small.

No fluffy white cat?

Maybe he's allergic?

But I liked the bit about him not having a secret underground lair better.  Then again, if it's secret, I wouldn't know about it.  Hmmm...  cheesy
