Need Software Engineers and QA/Testers in NoVA

I'm trying to build a personality cult of cool people here at my company.  There are actually a lot more shooters here than is probably typical of a beltway bandit, but I'd like to get some more.  

We're looking to hire 4 software engineers and 2 QA/test engineers over the next month or two, and I would love to be able to bring in some cool people from the THR/APS community.

Unfortunately, the nature of the work requires (a) quite a bit of time on-site at customer facilities, and (b) quite a bit of work on machines that are isolated from the 'net for reasons that I'll leave as an exercise for the reader.

Believe me, if they'd let us telecommute, I'd be all over it like a code-pig on a Krispy Kreme.
