HIGHLY ENTERTAINING SIX MINUTES AND 14 SECONDS
https://youtu.be/0rLhJZTHYo4
This will cheer you up whether you want to be or not. =D =D
I wish they had included some of Ann Miller's ultra-rapid tap dancing or Joey Heatherton's ultra-high high kicks, but enough is enough.
Enjoy.

Anything with Vera-Ellen in it cheers me up.

Well, yeah. She got me with "White Christmas."
But I love precision dancing for the same reason I love precision military drill work: I can't do it. No muscle memory of that sort. Four left feet. I surely admire a bunch of Marines tossing bayonetted rifles back and forth as much as I admire the precision movements in that video.

Texas A&M still has a military marching band. I always loved that far more than the show bands.

Yes. Example:

I was always amazed at how they can keep synchrony with the sounds having to travel so far from one end of the band to the other. Especially with street marching bands.

Here's one of the greatest 5 minutes ever recorded...
Cab Calloway and the Nicholas Brothers in Stormy Weather.
It was shot in a single take.

Great ! I really don't understand how dancers can remember all those moves.
And I'll bet that trumpeter doesn't smoke.

I love watching the saxaphone player's eyes as the Nicholas brothers are dancing on the music stands.
He's eyeing them as if "you kick me I'll shove this horn up your ass!"
