That is a nice house and garage. I'd live in it.
It's very nice, top notch construction, and in a nice area as well. I looked at it last year when it was still overpriced.
Which is also kind of a point for me posting the link. It's a great example of "supply and demand" in the alternative energy market. It's currently around 10-15% higher than comparable places in the area. That's acceptable to me for $100 per YEAR utility bills, or maybe even getting paid for the excess electricity produced.
The original $1million asking price though, is analogous to what AOC and the greenies want. They want to force us into that tech for the $1million price tag, when it's only worth half that. Another reason that the green deal would absolutely bankrupt the US.
