They throw a pretty darned wide net, from what I've seen lately. 

Preppers?

Pro-gun rally attendees?

Their stuff is garbage, IMHO.  Any other time, progresssives and liberals would say it's an essential element of democracy to question the status-quo.  :mad:

Morris Dees is a domestic terrorist. Really, different venue, but I find them similar to Westboro. Small group of isolated kooksthat throws bombs at everyone. But the media loves this one.

They are casting an ever-wider net over public groups in order to justify their existence and their fundraising. Unfortunately they probably believe their own propaganda. Meanwhile, the number of hyper-secret militia groups, neighborhood watch groups, and rod and gun clubs is expanding faster than any government could hope to track.

Obama administration outsourced identification of terrorist groups to SPLC.  Provides an independent source of information for "journalists" and provides plausible deniability should anything go pear shaped as a consequence of a group being labeled.  Another example of leading from behind.

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

That is the most frightening thing I've read in awhile, and that's not hyperbole!

If you are white and not a member of the DNC, a union, or other leftwing activist organization, you automatically fall into one terrorist category or another according to Dees.
