Wait. He wants the government to keep the internet honest? Leftists have the most curious knack for being not just wrong, but backwards.

Clinton wants another government agency?

Clinton -- who lied under oath -- wants the government to be in the government to regulate honesty on the internetz?  Can we have one to keep politicians honest?

And then there is Bill Clinton, kind of in a class by himself.

It already exists. It's called Snopes.
A plan is just a list of things that doesn't happen.

Snopes isn't enough. If this sort of agency had been around 14 years ago, the Drudge Report would have been censored on the Monica Lewinsky story.

Snopes has an agenda

So this agency would use critical thinking and research to determine what is fact and what is fiction...isn't that, well, a school?  Don't we already have a massively funded department that is supposed to do that?

If Clinton were to get his way, there would be a whole fedguv department consisting of these guys.

Depends on what your definition of "relevant" is.

Dang.  I keep hearing the words "mandate creep" coming from somewhere, but there's nobody else in the house.  Darned annoying.

Looks like Obama has assigned a czar to do just that.

http://www.libertynewsonline.com/article_301_30605.php

With a President like Obama who thinks his executive power does not come with checks and balances, you never know what your going to get. I have never seen the word “Czar” in the Constitution. Apparently Barack has seen it there many times because he just appointed his 33rd Czar, Jesse Lee, to help fight the TRUE stories that paint Obama in a negative light.
